Warranty

Instrument warranty
The general warranty period is 36 months (exclusions below) from the date of delivery or 18 months in the event of continuous operation. The warranty remains valid on the condition that the servicing is provided by a service organization authorized by Metrohm at defined intervals and with a defined scope. For devices sold under the Metrohm NIRSystems brand a full 16 month warranty is applicable. For continuous operation, the warranty period is reduced to the half.

보증에 관한 사항은 본 제품에 대한 보증이 각 국가의 독점 유통 계약에 따라 달라질 수 있으며, 이에 대한 세부 사항은 해당 국가의 독점 유통업체가 제공하는 정책에 따릅니다. IC 및 MPA 제품에 대한 보증은 메트롬 코리아의 보증 기준에 따르며, 그 외 제품(Titration, Voltammetry, Spectroscopy)은 한국 내 독점 유통업체(화신 기계상사)의 보증 조건에 따릅니다.

또한, 메트롬 코리아의 보증은 메트롬이 승인한 서비스 기관에서 정의한 주기 및 범위 내에서 서비스가 제공되는 경우에 한하여 유효하며, 이 조건을 충족하지 않을 경우 보증이 무효화될 수 있습니다.

Software Support
Metrohm also offers  a 60 month PC software support warranty, calculated from the date of delivery. The content of this warranty is the ability of the customer to obtain appropriate software support at market prices during the time of the warranty period. This does also apply to products sold under the Metrohm Raman brand. This does not apply for products sold under the Metrohm NIRSystems brand.

Spare part availability

Metrohm also offers a 120 month spare parts availability guarantee, calculated from the date of delivery. The content of this warranty is the ability of the customer to obtain functioning spare parts, accessories and consumables at market prices during the time of the warranty period. This does also apply to products sold under the Metrohm Raman brand. This does not apply for products sold under the Metrohm NIRSystems brand.

Anion suppressor warranty
The warranty period for "MSM" type anion suppressors is 120 months from the date of delivery or 60 months in the case of continuous operation.
