Leading reagent manufacturers offer certified water standards for titer determination. We recommend the use of certified standards.
The amount added can simply be determined by back-weighing. For titer determination, a standard solution with the water content 10±0.1 mg/g is available.
Besides standard solutions, water or disodium tartrate dihydrate can also be used for titer determination.
